CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 76 — 90
RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF A
PORTION OF CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS DEDICATED
BY MARGARET STRAUSS, DOCUMENT NO. 855598
WHEREAS: the City of Lino Lakes has a drainage and utility
easement over property previously owned by Margaret
G. Strauss, granted to the City of Lino Lakes by
easement dated April 18, 1989, recorded July 3,
1989 as Document No. 855598, and
WHEREAS: it has been determined that because of easements
dedicated in the plat of PARKVIEW ESTATES that the
easement granted by Margaret G. Strauss listed
above be vacated.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
that a public haring be set for Monday, December 10,
1990, 7:15 P.M. to consider vacating the above described
easement.
Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of November, 1990.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Bohjanen and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether,
Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
