Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 7 7 - 90
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF
CHOMONIX AREA TRUNK SEWER
WHEREAS: it is proposed to construct a gravity trunk sewer line from the intersection of
Birch Street and West Shadow Lake Drive to the Laurene Avenue lift station
and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes
City Charter,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Darrell Schneider, Toltz, King,
�.. Duvall, Anderson and Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary as
to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and
the estimated cost of the improvement as reconunended.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member
Bohj anen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal, Kuether, Bisel,
Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
