following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 2-91
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1990 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO ACCOUNT
FOR THE FOLLOWING ADJUSTMENTS.
WHEREAS, the following Department will be adjusted to
reflect an additional amount budgeted for Police
holiday pay.
Amount of Holiday pay adjustment per contract $ 16,136.00
Total originally budgeted for Holiday Pay 12,543.00
Amount of increase to Police regular salaries $ 3,593.00
WHEREAS, due to the adjustment in holiday pay, the 1990
salary reserve will be decreased to reflect the
increase in police regular salaries.
WHEREAS, the following amendment will be retroactive to
December, 1990.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City
Council amend the 1990 budget accordingly.
Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of
January, 1991.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Neal and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal,
Kuether, Bisel, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None, Council Member Bohjanen was absent.
