resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 04 - 91
RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATION OF FOX ROAD,
COLONIAL WOODS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS: the previously platted Fox Road in the Colonial Woods
subdivision is not needed as part of the street system in
the City of Lino Lakes and will not connect to any other
city or county road, and
WHEREAS: this proposed vacation has been reviewed by the City
Engineer, City Planner and the Public Works Director and
no adverse future problems were noted,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
that a public hearing be set for Monday, February 11, 1991 at
7:15 P.M. to consider the vacation of the platted street, Fox
Road.
Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of January, 1991.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Neal and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Bisel, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None, Mr. Bohjanen was absent.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
