CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 07 - 91
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
RESHANAU LAKE TRUNK SEWER IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS: pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted on
November 13, 1990 a report has been prepared by the City
Engineer with reference to the Reshanau Lake Trunk Sewer
Improvement and this report was received on December 10,
1990.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
Mr. Darrell Schneider of TKDA is hereby designated as the
Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 14th day of January, 1991.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert,
Bisel.
The following voted against same: None, Council Member Bohjanen was absent.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
