moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 08 - 91
RESOLUTION ORDERING REVISION OF THE CURRENT ASSESSMENT POLICY.
WHEREAS: The City of Lino Lakes is governed by Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429 - Local Improvement and Special Assessments
and the City Charter when preparing assessments, and
WHEREAS: The current Assessment Policy outlined in the Public
Improvement Financing Policy does not consider street
right-of-way acreage to be assessable acreage, and
WHEREAS: The current Assessment Policy does not provide the
revenue return to complete trunk facilities,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
The current Assessment Policy outlined in the Public
Improvement Financing Policy be revised to include street
right-of-way acreage as assessable acreage.
Adopted by the Council this 14th day of January, 1991.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Bisel,
Reinert.
The following voted against same: None, Council Member Bohjanen was absent.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
