HomeMy WebLinkAbout1991-033 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 33 - 91 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF SUNRISE DRIVE FROM FAIRMONT DRIVE TO ELM STREET WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on March 11, 1991 with reference to the improvement of Sunrise Drive (Fairmont Drive to Elm Street), and this report was received by the Council on April 22, 1991, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of Sunrise Drive (Fairmont Drive to Elm Street) in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $75,400.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 28th day of May, 1991 in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer RESOLUTION NO. 33 - 91 PAGE -2- The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bisel, Kuether, Neal, Reinert, Bohjanen. The following voted against same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
