resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 91
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER AND MUNICIPAL WATER FOR
THE GORDON AND KATIE ALLEN PROPERTY, 473 BIRCH STREET, LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS: a certain petition requesting the installation of
sanitary sewer and municipal water was duly
presented to the Council on the 13th day of May,
1991; and
WHEREAS: pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April
22, 1991, a report has been prepared by Darrell
Schneider, TKDA with reference to the improvement,
and this report was received by the Council on May
13, 1991;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property at 473 Birch
Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota named as the location of
the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted May 13, 1991.
3. Darrell Schneider, TKDA is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 13th day +f May, 1991.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as
duly seconded by Neal and upon vote being taken
RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 91

thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Bisel,
Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
