its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 48 - 91
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PINERIDGE
WHEREAS: the City Council ordered the Reshanau Lake Trunk Sewer
improvement and this improvement will be constructed
through the entire length of PineRidge, and
WHEREAS: this improvement greatly affects the scope of the
PineRidge improvement resulting in a higher number
of lots to be served, and
WHEREAS: a report has been prepared with reference to the revised
improvement and this report was received by the City
Council on May 13, 1991,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. Dan Boxrud, SEH is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 13th day of May, 1991.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bisel, Neal,
Kuether, Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: none.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
