RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CENTENNIAL
FIRE DISTRICT FIRE STATION NO. 2 (LINO LAKES)
WHEREAS: pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
construction of Centennial Fire Station No. 2, bids
were received, opened and tabulated according to
law, and the following bids were received complying
with the advertisement:

`_ AND WHEREAS, it appears that Faulkner Construction, Inc,
2340 County Road J, White Bear Lake, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into the attached contract with
Faulkner Construction, Inc. 2340 County Road J, White
Bear Lake, Minnesota for the construction of the
construction of Centennial Fire Station No. 2 according
to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the
City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk
in the amount of $678,375.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of May,
1991.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Council Member Bohlanen and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Bisel, Neal, Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: None. Council Member Kuether was absent.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed.
