CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 70 — 91
A RESOLUTION ADJUSTING NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEE ANNUAL COMPENSATION
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the Ways and Means Committee has reviewed the
recommendations of the City Administrator for all non-
union City employees, andc
a 4% cost of living adjustment has been proposed for
all full time employees, and
a merit adjustment has been considered for certain
personnel displaying exceptional attitude and
accomplishment in their position,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following attached schedule
be adopted, indicating compensation adjustments for all non-union
city employees (See attachment "A").
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of July, 1991.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Bisel,
Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: Reinert.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
