RESOLUTION NO. 71 -91
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A POLICY
FOR CHARGING ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS
TO ALL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS INCLUDING PRIVATE DEVELOPMENTS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to recover City Administrative costs expended on all improvements
constructed in the City;
WHEREAS, these City costs include the following:
1. Managing the process of completing the improvements including execution of
contracts and identification of costs.
2. Managing financing for City Improvement Projects.
3. Managing financial guarantees from Private Developers for Improvement Projects.
4. Managing the Escrow Accounts for Private Developments.
5. Managing the Apportionment of Costs including assessment rolls with reports to
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
Resolution 4-84 is hereby rescinded.
The Lino Lakes City Council hereby orders that a fee of 3% of the construction cost be charged
to all improvement projects in the City including improvements included in Development
Contracts for Private Developments, to become effective with the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of August, 1991.
