CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 91
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK -TREASURER TO CERTIFY
DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR COLLECTION WITH THE
1991 PROPERTY TAXES
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and
Chapter 402, Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk -Treasurer
has prepared a list of residents who have delinquent
sewer or delinquent water and sewer bills to be certified
to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 1991
property tax statements collectable in 1992, and
WHEREAS, notice of impending action was prepared on September 11,
1991 to be delivered to the residents,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL:
that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota, hereby does levy the following sums of money
collectable in the year 1992 upon the following property in
said City of Lino Lakes:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Bisel,
Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: none, Council Member Kuether was absent.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
