resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 105 - 91
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE
IMPROVEMENT OF RICE LAKE DRIVE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on
October 14, 1991 with reference to the improvement
of Rice Lake Drive, and this report was received by
the Council on November 25, 1991,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of Rice Lake
Drive in accordance with the report and the assessment
of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter
at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$451,265.93.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 13th day of January, 1992 in the
council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 P.M. and the
Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvements as required by law.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of
November, 1991.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal,
Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
