CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 16
introduced the
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES
FROM THE 1989 CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE
1989 TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS AND
AREA AND CONNECTION FUND
WHEREAS, Reshanau Lake Estates Phase 2B has been assessed and
certified, and
WHEREAS, prepaid assessments were coded to the 1989 Construction
Fund in previous years, and
WHEREAS, these prepayments should be coded to the 1989 Temporary
Improvement Bonds and the Area And Connection Fund.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made
effective December 31, 1991.
1989 Construction Fund (567)
1989 Temp. Improve. Bonds (517)
Area and Connection Fund (406)

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Elliott, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent.
