CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NUMBER 92-19
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM CERTAIN CONSTRUCTION FUNDS
TO GENERAL FUND FOR ADMINISTRATION.
WHEREAS, the following projects will be charged a fee for
administration per resolution 84-04, of which these
proceeds will be credited to the general fund:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfers be
made retroactively to December 1991.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Reinert, Elliott.
The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent.
