introduced the following resolution and
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 — 32
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATIONS OF PLANS FOR WENZEL FARMS, THIRD
ADDITION IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS: a certain petition requesting the improvement of Wenzel
Farms was duly presented to the Council on the 14th day
of January, 1991; and
WHEREAS: pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 14,
1991, a report has been prepared by Darrell Schneider,
TKDA with reference to the improvement, and this report
was received by the Council on March 11, 1991;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The council finds and determines that said petition was signed
by all owners of real property in Wenzel Farms named as the
location of the improvement.
2. John Powell, TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Council the 9th day of March, 1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Reinert, Elliott.
The following voted against same: None, Kuether abstained.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
