CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 33
RESOLUTION INITIATING IMPROVEMENT PROCEDURE, COUNTY ROAD J (ASH
STREET FROM HODGSON ROAD WEST TO ROYAL OAKS ROAD)
WHEREAS, Anoka County proposes to improve County Road J from
Hodgson Road to Royal Oaks Drive and to assess the City
of Lino Lakes $41,900.00 for a portion of the
construction of concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer
improvements and walkway, and
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes proposes to assess the cost of
construction and other related costs to the benefitted
property owners, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
that the proposed improvement be taken under advisement for study
and determine whether the improvement should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of March, 1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert,
Elliott.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
