HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-037 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 37 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF BLACK DUCK ESTATES, FIRST ADDITION WHEREAS: there have been recognized soil and water problems in the area, and WHEREAS: the CORP of Army Engineer's (CORP) has jurisdiction over many of the wetland areas, and WHEREAS: this portion of this area was previously considered to be a Lakes Addition, and WHEREAS: it is necessary to extend a park trail system through the area, WHEREAS: there are existing sewer and water utilities available to the site, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lino Lakes City Council, that these matters have been fully addressed in the design of the proposed preliminary plat, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the preliminary plat of Black Duck Estates, First Addition be approved as submitted by the City Engineer. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Elliott. The following voted against same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
