HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-038 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKE RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 38 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF BLACK DUCK ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS; there have been recognized soil and water problems in the area, WHEREAS; the Corp of Army Engineer's (CORP) has jurisdiction over many of the wetland areas, WHEREAS; this portion of this area was previously considered to be a Lakes Addition and later Lake Crest Addition, WHEREAS; it is necessary to extend a park trail system through the area, WHEREAS; there are existing sewer and water utilities available to the site, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lino Lakes City Council, that these matters have been fully addressed in the design of the proposed preliminary plat, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the preliminary plat of Black Duck Estates, Second Addition be approved as submitted by the City Engineer. Anderson, Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Elliott. The following voted against same: None. Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
