and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 — 39
RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ALL LAND USE ISSUES HE
HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
WHEREAS: the Lino Lakes City Codes provides that public hearings
regarding land us issue may be held before the City
Council or the Planning and Zoning Board,
WHEREAS: the City Council desires to hold all public hearings
regarding land use issues before the Planning and Zoning
Board to provide extra time at regular Council meetings
to allow for other matters to be considered,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
that all public hearings regarding land use issues
(Conditional Use Permits, Rezoning Requests, Preliminary Plat
Requests, etc.) be held before the Planning and Zoning Board.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of March, 1992.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether,
Reinert, Elliott.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
