HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-046 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 46 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF BRANDYWOOD ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on March 23, 1992 with reference to the improvement of Brandywood Estates, Second Addition, and this report was received by the Council on April 13, 1992, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of the Brandywood Estates, Second Addition subdivision in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $191,416.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 26th day of May, 1992 in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. The following voted against same: none. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
