HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-055 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 55 RESOLUTION INITIATING IMPROVEMENT PROCEDURE, APOLLO DRIVE WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a street running parallel with I35W beginning at Sunset Road and terminating at Lake Drive (County Road 23), and WHEREAS, the City proposes to study whether this street should be constructed as a municipal state aid street or a county state aid street as proposed by Anoka County, and WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes proposes to assess the cost of construction and other related costs to the benefitted property owners, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: that the proposed improvement be taken under advisement for study and determine whether the improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of April, 1992. Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson. The following voted against same: none Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
