CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 59
RESOLUTION REQUESTING MN/DOT TO RECONVEY EXCESS RIGHTS-OF-WAY
RESULTING FROM PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO T.H. 49 (HODGSON ROAD)
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has proposed a Cooperative
Construction Agreement for improvements to T.H. 49
(Hodgson Road) and these proposed improvements result in
excess Mn/DOT rights-of-way, and
WHEREAS, the excess rights-of-way combined with the "parcel
remainder", due to the realignment, will result in a
parcel of land adequate for development,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota:
That the City of Lino Lakes requests Mn/DOT to reconvey excess
rights-of-way resulting from the proposed improvement to T.H.
49 (Hodgson Road)
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of April,
1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert,
Elliott, Bergeson.
The following voted against same: none.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
