CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92-61
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM
THE AREA AND CONNECTION CHARGE FUND TO THE
INTERIM CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, the improvements to the Minnesota Correctional Facility
are complete and assessed, and
WHEREAS, there was an addition of an altitude valve included in the
expense, and
WHEREAS, this valve is a trunk expense, and
WHEREAS, the amount amount of this expense was $19,159.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be
authorized:
Increase Decrease
Interim Construction (550) $19,159.00
Area and Connection (406) ($19,159.00)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 13th day of April,
1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert,
Elliott, Bergeson.
