following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NUMBER 92-62
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1992 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO ACCOUNT
FOR THE FOLLOWING ADJUSTMENTS.
WHEREAS, council approved $ 23,099.00 in lump
living and/or merit salary increases
from the salary contingency fund and
follows:
ADMINISTRATION $ 8,718.00
POLICE- FULL TIME 3,315.00
POLICE -PART TIME RECEPT 358.00
BUILDING INSPECTIONS 1,989.00
PUBLIC WORKS 4,111.00
RECREATION 1,440.00
PARKS 3,168.00

WHEREAS, an adjustment from the salary contingency fund be
allocated to the following departments due to under or over
estimated budget figures in the 1992 budget:

POLICE SALARIES
POLICE OTHER SALARIES
PARKS SALARIES
FORESTRY SALARIES
TOTAL
$ 6,200.00 Under budgeted

WHEREAS, after the following adjustments are made, the salary
contingency fund will have a balance of $ 18,273.00 remaining
for any future 1992 salary adjustments (the 49ers contract
has not yet been settled).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the general fund budget be
amended accordingly.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal,
Kuether, Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson
The following voted against same: none
