Resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 90
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF APOLLO DRIVE
WHEREAS: a resolution of the City Council adopted the
24th day of February, 1992, fixed a date for a
Council hearing on the proposed improvement of
Apollo Drive,
WHEREAS: ten days' mailed notice and two week's published
notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was
held thereon on the 26th day of May, 1992, at which
all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon, and
WHEREAS: the 60 day waiting period from the date of the
public hearing has lapsed as required by the City
Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LINO LAKES:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted the 24th day of February,
1992.
Adopted by the Council this 27th day of July1992.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal,
Kuether, Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson.
The following voted against same: none.
Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
