CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 105
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT, AREA
ADJACENT TO APOLLO DRIVE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the area adjacent to Apollo
Drive described as part of the northwest 1/4 of Section
17, Township 31, Range 22 lying north of I35W and west of
CSAH No. 23 (Lake Drive) and to assess the benefitted
property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429
and the lino Lakes City Charter, Chapter 8.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer,
Darrell Schneider for study and that he is instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of
the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council this 24th day of August, 1992.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether,
Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson.
The following voted against same: none.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
