HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-106 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 92 — 106 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON THE T.H. 49/CSAH NO. 23 (LAKE DRIVE) INTERSECTION RE—ALIGNMENT IN THE FORM OF A "LEVEL ONE LAYOUT DOCUMENT'1IN ACCORDANCE WITH MNDOT PROCEDURES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS PROJECT BY COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve and re -align the intersection of T.H. 49/CSAH No. 23 (Lake Drive) according to procedures outlined above and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter, Chapter 8, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to City Engineer, Darrell Schneider for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Adopted by the Council this 24th day of August, 1992. Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor Martilyi G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson. The following voted against same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
