Home My WebLink About1992-116 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 116 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK -TREASURER TO CERTIFY DELINQUENT ROOT GRAFT BILLS FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 1993 PROPERTY TAXES WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 900, Section 902.05, the City Clerk -Treasurer has prepared a list of residents who have delinquent Root Graft bills to be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 1992 property tax statements collectable in 1993, and WHEREAS, notice of impending action was prepared on August 21, 1992 to be delivered to the residents, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL: that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, hereby does levy the following sums of money collectable in the year 1993 upon the following property in said City of Lino Lakes: NAME AND ADDRESS PIN AMOUNT Douglas W. & Debra A. 31-31-22-42-0027 $140.00 Lynch 6187 Laurene Avenue Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 James L.
