its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 117
RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON MSAP 210-115-01 - APOLLO DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City has planned the improvement of MSAP 210-115-01
(Apollo Drive) from Sunset Road to Lilac Street, and;
WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on
the improvement of this roadway and;
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for
parking on both sides of the street, and approval of the
proposed construction as a Municipal State aid Street
project must therefore be conditioned upon certain
parking restrictions;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
The City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of
MSAP 210-115-01 (Apollo Drive) at all times.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of September,
1992.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether,
Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
