HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-118 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 92-118 RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON MSAP 02-632-08, 62-601-07 COUNTY ROAD J (CSAH 32) WHEREAS, Anoka County has planned the improvement of MSAP 02-632-08, 62-601-07 from West Royal Oaks Drive to Hodgson Road, and WHEREAS, Anoka County and the City will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of this roadway and WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street, and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street Project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA The City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the Lino Lakes side of MSAP 02-632-08, 62-601-07 (County Road J) at all times. Reinert, Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson. The following voted against same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
