HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-122 Council ResolutionCouncil member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NUMBER 92-122 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1992 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO ACCOUNT FOR THE FOLLOWING ADJUSTMENTS (BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER 2). WHEREAS: the following adjustments should be made to account for the 49er contract settlement (see supporting document page 1) INCREASE Public Works 4,852 Parks 1,954 Police (non union personal) 130 Administration (non union personal) 130 Engineering (non union personal) 30 Salary Reserve Total DECREASE 7,096 7,096 7,096 AND WHEREAS: the Public Works budget should be amended to reflect the 4th avenue ditch cleaning project (see supporting document page 2), AND WHEREAS: the budget for Solid Waste Revenues and Expenditures should be amended to reflect final cost figures from Anoka County (See supporting document page 3), NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the general fund budget be amended accordingly. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson.
