CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 138
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES
FROM THE SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT FUND AND
THE ESCROW FUND TO THE INTERIM CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, Section 5 Drainage should be paid from the Surface Water
Management Fund, and
WHEREAS, Birchwood is paid from the Escrow Fund, and
WHEREAS, Lakes #9 should be paid from the Escrow Fund, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made
effective December 14, 1992.

Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of
December, 1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether,
Neal, Reinert.
