CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 139
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES
FROM THE APOLLO DRIVE FUND AND
THE INDUSTRIAL PARK FUND
TO THE INTERIM CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, costs have been paid from the Interim Construction Fund
for these projects, and
WHEREAS, separate funds have been established for each project, and
WHEREAS, there are previous year costs in the Interim Construction
Fund.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made
effective December 14, 1992.
Interim Construction Fund (550)
Apollo Drive Fund (552)
Industrial Park Fund (551)
INCREASE DECREASE
$16,088.31

Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of
December, 1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether,
Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None.
