following resolution and move its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 140
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES
FROM THE WATER OPERATING FUND AND
THE INDUSTRIAL PARK FUND
TO THE 1992 IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND AND THE
AREA AND UNIT FUND
WHEREAS, Resolution 92-133 authorized the prepayment of assessments
for the Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, an Industrial Park Fund has been established, and
WHEREAS, three of the lots will be paid from this fund to be
reimbursed from the sale of the lots, and
WHEREAS, the fourth lot is to be paid with bond proceeds from the
1992 Water Revenue Bonds, and
WHEREAS, these assessments were to be paid to the 1992 Improvement
Bond and the Area and Unit Fund.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made
effective December 14, 1992.

Area and Unit Fund (406)
Water Operating Fund (601)
Industrial Park Fund (551)

Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of
December, 1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether,
Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None.
