following resolution and move its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 141
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE OFF OF
CITY PROPERTY ASSESSMENTS FOR BLACK DUCK ESTATES,
CITY HALL, AND SUNRISE MEADOWS
WHEREAS, Black Duck Estates have been sold and a purchase agreement
has been finalized, and
WHEREAS, Main Street is complete and there were assessments charged
to City Hall, and
WHEREAS, per the City Charter, we
these assessments, and
cannot levy a tax to pay for
WHEREAS, Rice Lake Estates land became Sunrise Meadows and both
projects are complete.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following assessment
receivables be written off effective December 14, 1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether,
Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None.
