CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 142
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE OFF OF
TAX FORFEIT ASSESSMENT RECEIVABLES
FROM THE CLOSED BOND FUND
WHEREAS, Anoka County has provided the City with a list of all tax
forfeit parcels in the City, and
WHEREAS, Anoka County shows no balance due on theses parcels, and
WHEREAS, these parcels are in Black Duck Estates.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following tax forfeit
assessment receivables be written off effective December 14, 1992.
Closed Bond Fund (501) ($99,666.26)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of
December, 1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether,
Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None.
