RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 143
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE OFF OF
VARIOUS ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
WHEREAS, Root graphs from 1989 and 1990 have been certified, and
WHEREAS, there remains a balance that will not be collected due to
resident change, and
WHEREAS, there are receivables from 1991 that cannot be collected
due to companies no longer in business, and
WHEREAS, there is a curb stop box that the resident should not have
been billed, and
WHEREAS, the City of Centerville will not pay for police overtime
incurred after the contract expired, and
WHEREAS, the are subdivision fees open prior to 1986 that there is
no information available.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following receivables be
written off December 14, 1992.
Root Graphs 519.79
Meridian Homes (overweight permits) 450.00
Division I Real Estate (trees) 210.00
Gary Athman (curb stop box) 37.50
City of Centerville 66.13
Subdivision Fees 1,789.01
TOTAL $3,072.43
Adopted by the City Council of Lino es this 14th day of
December, 1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether,
Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None.
