following resolution and move its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 144
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE OFF OF
VARIOUS UTILITY ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, there a three final utility billing accounts that are
deemed uncollectible, and
WHEREAS, many attempts have been made to collect the past due
balances, and
WHEREAS, the new residents can not be held responsible for these
past due amounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following utility billing
past due balances be written off effective December 14, 1992.

TOTAL $279.17
Adopted by the City Council of Lino es this 14th day of
December, 1992.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether,
Neal, Reinert.
