CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 06

RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF EASEMENT FOR
DRIVEWAY PURPOSE IN LAKES ADDITION NO. 2
WHEREAS, the previously dedicated easement is no longer
necessary due to the platting of Black Duck Estates 2nd Addition,
and
WHEREAS, the City and the property owner(s) wish this easement
to be vacated,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
That a public hearing be set for Monday, February 22, 1993 at
6:45 P.M. to consider vacating an access easement between Lots 30
and 31, Block 4, Lakes Addition No. 2.
Adopted by the City Council this 8th day of F ary, 1993

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Bergeson,
Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: none.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
