moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 09-93
RESOLUTION VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS PURPOSES
OVER LOT 30 BLOCK 4 LAKES ADDITION NO 2
WHEREAS, an easement was granted in 1977 for ingress and
egress purposes over Lot 30, Block 4, Lakes Addition No. 2 to serve
Outlot K of Lakes Addition No. 2, and
WHEREAS, this easement is no longer necessary as ingress and
egress will be provided over Lot 17, Block 1, Black Duck Estates
Second Addition to White Birch Court, and
WHEREAS, when said easement was granted it was the intent and
purpose of the City to provide access to the south when it became
available, and
WHEREAS, this access shall be made available by June 1, 1993
and it is in the best interest of all parties involved to vacate
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following described
easement shall be vacated:
A 20 foot wide easement for ingress and egress purpose over
Lot 30, Block 4, Lakes Addition No. 2, the southerly line of
said easement being a line parallel with and 20 feet
southwesterly of the northeasterly line of said Lot 30.
Recorded as Document No. 487767, Anoka County, Minnesota,
December 28, 1977.
AND FURTHER RESOLVE that this vacation shall become effective
on June 1, 1993.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of
February 1993.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Elliott and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether
Neal and Reinert.
and the following voted against same: none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
