Anoka, State of Minnesota, the following resolution was moved and
adopted.
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 34 - 93
RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT WITH ANOKA COUNTY FOR FEDERAL -
AID HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT (EAST CSAH #14)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes as a condition of
receipt by the County of Anoka of Federal funds for the
construction, reconstruction or improvement of any State Aid
Highway within the City enter into an agreement with the County, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the
City.
