CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 08
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM
THE INTERIM ASSESSMENT FUND
TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUND
WHEREAS, all projects have been certified to Anoka County except
Pheasant Hills 3rd Addition, and
WHEREAS, there is excess funds from interest accrued, and
WHEREAS, these funds are available for uses elsewhere, and
WHEREAS, there is a need for these funds for purchase of capital
equipment.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be
authorized effective December 31, 1993.
Increase Decrease
Capital Improve Proj (401) $20,156
Interim Assess Fund (804) ($20,156)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino es this 14th day of
February, 1994.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
