Council member Elliott introduced the
following resolution and move its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 10
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE SEWER AND WATER
ENTERPRISE FUND TO THE AREA AND UNIT FUND
WHEREAS, the rate increase adopted by the City of Lino Lakes in
June 1988 anticipated a transfer of funds from the Sewer and Water
Enterprise Fund to the Area and Unit Fund, and
WHEREAS, the 1990 and 1992 bond sales projected revenue from a
combination of connection fees, trunk area assessments and
services, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Finance Director have determined
that the amount from the Sewer and Water Enterprise Fund to the
Area and Unit Fund for the second through fourth 1993 is $107,744.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made
effective December 31, 1993.

Area and Unit (406) $107,744
Sewer and Water Enterprise (601) ($107,744)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino es this 14th day of
February, 1994.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: none.
