following resolution and move its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 11
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM
THE CLOSED BOND FUND TO THE INTERIM CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, Elmcrest Avenue costs were paid for from this fund, and
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes and Hugo were to split the costs
evenly, and
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo paid their half of the costs, and
WHEREAS, this project should now be closed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be
authorized effective December 31, 1993.
Increase Decrease
Interim Construction (550) $16,384
Closed Bond Fund (501) ($16,384)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino fakes this 14th day of
February, 1994.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: none.
