following resolution and move its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 12
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM
THE AREA AND UNIT FUND TO THE 1991 CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, construction included costs for trunk water and sewer, and
WHEREAS, the costs associated with the trunks was $388,965, and
WHEREAS, the assessments attributed to the Area and Unit Fund total
$1,400,000, and
WHEREAS, the construction fund has a deficit balance because of the
trunk construction.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfers be
authorized effective December 31, 1993.
Increase Decrease
1991 Construction Fund (570) $388,965
Area and Unit Fund (406) ($388,965)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino LJkes this 14th day of
February, 1994.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
