HomeMy WebLinkAbout1994-016 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 94 — 16 RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR SERVICE ROAD IMPROVEMENT ON NORTH SIDE OF LAKE DRIVE AND EAST OF SECOND AVENUE WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a service road along Lake Drive east of Second Avenue and ending east of the LeBlond Veterinary Clinic and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter, and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to Tim Hanson, SEH for study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council will all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary was as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Reinert, Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal. The following voted against same: none, Mayor Reinert was absent. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
