RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 26
RESOLUTION ABATING THE 1994 INSTALLMENT AND ALL FUTURE INSTALLMENTS
FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND NO'S 82232 AND 82233 ON PARCEL
DESCRIBED AS PIN. 28-31-22-24-0003, 985 BIRCH STREET, PARCELS A AND
B, BLACK DUCK ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the City Council of Lino Lakes has met and heard and
passed upon this abatement, and
the lot was sold to Michael A. and Lynn A. Swanson and
the sale price of the lot included the cost of all
special assessments, and
the City of Lino Lakes received payment of the special
assessment on June 4, 1993,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lino Lakes, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the 1994 installment and all installments for future
years for Special Assessment Fund No's. 82232 and 82233 on
property described as PIN. 28-31-22-24-0003, Parcels A and B,
Black Duck Estates, Second Addition.
2. The City Clerk -Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to
forward a certified copy of resolution to the County Auditor
of Anoka County for abatement.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following against same: none.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
