moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 90
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE LAKE DRIVE (CSAH #23)/HIGHWAY 49 (HODGSON
ROAD) INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 27th day of
September, 1993, fixed a date for a Council hearing on
the proposed improvement of the Lake Drive (CSAH
#23)/Highway 49 (Hodgson Road) intersection, and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice
of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held
thereon on the 25th day of October, 1993, at which all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to
be heard thereon, and
WHEREAS, the 60 day waiting period from the date of the public
hearing expired on December 25, 1993 and no petitions
against the improvement have been filed with the Clerk -
Treasurer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted the 27th day of September, 1993.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of October,
1994.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
